Brewing beer starts with the soil. This simple but often forgotten wisdom is the top principle in Austria’s first beer farm because Wildshut has the most fertile soil for a wide range of brewing specialities which is the ideal basis for sustainable circular economy. The one fundamental truth in our beer farm is that healthy soil allows grains and hops to flourish. But from healthy soil to the glass is a long way. First, the primordial grains are refined in a combination of malting and roasting plant that is unique in the world.
