At the “Wildshut Timeout” we put everything on the table that your heart desires and that our organic farm, the solid wood brewery and the Wildshut bread-baking oven, can provide. Whatever does not grow on our farm is sourced from regional partners. The visitors enjoy homemade crusty bread made from spent grain, different varieties of farmer’s butter and wonderful Wildshut beer salts, an Obazd’n (hefty cheese spread), quark spread with winter cumin and linseed oil, organic Tilsiter cheese and organic leg ham from our own farm, homemade jam, and much more. Instead of the mandatory “glass of Prosecco” guests of the Wildshut Timeout will be served – What else could it be? – beer with bread.

The “Kråmerladen” is small and fine, so you should make a reservation in good time!
