Bread and beer have always had a close relationship and it is still not clear which delicacy was discovered first. This seminar offers the opportunity to create special types of bread and to explore the secret behind bread-baking. In addition to a historic overview, the students are shown the old craftsmanship and learn to understand the special part of the biological raw materials. Rudi Pichler, a passionate chef who has meanwhile dedicated himself to the craft of baking, introduces the participants perfectly to the art of baking and reveals, among other things, some special tricks of how to make each bread special.
